In the academic year 2022/23, the Forum Transregionale Studien welcomes 60 postdoctoral scholars from over 22 countries to conduct research in Berlin and at various locations in Europe. As fellows, they will have the opportunity to work on their own projects and to exchange ideas and network with colleagues in Germany and elsewhere within the framework of the Forum's research programs. They deal with questions of the rule of law and democracy, authoritarian regimes and movements, the social and cultural consequences of structural and technological change, migration and flight, and narratives and strategies of political emancipation in times of crisis and war.
