The International Summer Academy “Language, Science and Aesthetics – Articulations of Subjectivity and Objectivity in the Modern Middle East, North Africa, South and Southeast Asia” will take place in Beirut, from 11-19 September 2014 and addresses doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from the fields of Literature, Philology, History, Art History, Cultural Anthropology, History of Science and Musicology.
The Summer Academy will be convened by the Orient Institute Beirut together with the Forum Transregionale Studien and the Max Weber Foundation.
