The event is organized by the research network “Reconfigurations: History Remembrance and Transformation Processes in the Middle East and North Africa” of the Philipps-Universität Marburg, the research program Europe in the Middle East—The Middle East in Europe (EUME), the Zentrum Jüdische Studien Berlin-Brandenburg, the Jewish Museum Berlin and is supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
