Constitutionalization? Whose Constitutionalization?

Her postdoctoral research project addresses the constitutionalization of international law from the perspective of the global periphery. More specifically, it explores the role of the African Union, which continues to oscillate between adaptation to and emancipation from global constitutional norms, for instance in the fields of collective security, but also international criminal justice and democracy promotion.
