The Summer, Winter and Transregional Academies serve as extended workspaces over 10 to 14 days and enable doctoral and postdoctoral researchers to discuss and develop their ongoing research from a transregional and multidisciplinary perspective. Academies form peer learning communities through active involvement of participants in conceptualizing the academy’s curriculum and support academic networks across disciplines and regions.
